Jillian is the Instructional Design Manager at Quality Matters and the designer of this course. Prior to joining Quality Matters in 2013, she worked directly with faculty to design, develop, and deliver quality online learning experiences.

Jim Snyder, Ed.D.

Director of Community Engagement and Marketing

Jim is the Director of Community Engagement and Marketing at Quality Matters and works to build relationships with members and non-members of Quality Matters. He earned an Ed.D from George Fox University and an MBA from Portland State University.
