Learners will explore definitions and examples of differentiation within the classroom, including the domains of content, instruction, and performance tasks. Opportunities for collaboration and reflection will exist through participation in discussion forums and completion of short quizzes.

B Teaching B Arts (Secondary / Technology)
Matthew completed his Bachelor of Teaching and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian Catholic University and is currently completing his Masters in Educational Leadership. He is a Design and Technology Teacher, Instructional Coach and Online Professional Development Coordinator at Knox Grammar School. He has developed a number of professional development courses, including a five module course on the topic of Mind Brain and Education that earned him the Peter FitzSimons (Snr) Scholarship to attend a professional learning course at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. As part of the Knox Online Professional Learning team, his role is to collaborate with highly qualified Knox teachers in the development and delivery of BOSTES endorsed professional development courses.
Dale Thompson completed her Masters of Education at the University of Western Sydney and her Master of School Counselling at Macquarie University. She worked for the State Education Departments in Victoria and NSW as a Special Education Teacher and Counsellor. She has been a member of Knox Grammar staff for nine years, working in Stage 6 Learning Support. In 2012 she addressed the Heads of Special Education Conference on Mainstream Education for Students with Disabilities. She is a passionate advocate for students with different learning needs.
